Slack

Go to Settings → Connect → Slack and install the Power Horse app to your workspace. Slack walks you through authorizing it; once installed, the bot can post messages, manage members, and respond to actions in your workspace.

New members can be asked to verify before they get full access, the same idea as on Discord and Telegram — it keeps your workspace limited to real, confirmed people.

Members can open support tickets that land in your dashboard for your team to triage and resolve, so questions don't get lost in a busy channel.

Members earn XP for participating, mirroring the Discord and Telegram XP system.

Power Horse maps roles onto Slack user groups. Note that user groups are a paid Slack feature — on a Free Slack plan they aren't available, so role assignment won't work until your workspace is on a paid plan. Verification and tickets work on any plan.
