Publishing

Write once and publish across your connected platforms β€” now or on a schedule. The Publish area is where you compose, queue, and manage everything you post.

Composing a post

New post opens the composer β€” a single 3-pane editor. On the left you pick which connected accounts to publish from (several platforms and several accounts at once, for example a personal and a brand account). The centre pane is your caption, media, Options, and Assist. The right pane shows a live preview of how the post will look on each network you selected, updating as you type.

By default one caption goes to every network. Turn on Customize per channel to give a platform its own caption or media β€” each selected network gets its own tab, and untouched tabs keep following the shared caption. Per-platform overrides and UTM tracking apply to both Post now and scheduled posts.

Selecting TikTok alongside other networks creates two scheduled items β€” a TikTok post and one for the rest β€” linked, so you can tell they came from one submit. (Editing an existing post to add TikTok to other networks isn't supported yet; make a separate TikTok post.)

Images (with alt text) publish on every network β€” X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Farcaster, and Instagram (multiple images post as a carousel). X posts need a one-time reconnect in Settings to grant the new media permission. Video publishes on X, Instagram (as a Reel), Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. A video has to be the only attachment (one video per post), X and LinkedIn cap video at 50Β MB, and a video post may take a minute to appear while the network finishes processing it β€” it shows as Publishing until then. GIFs publish on X, Bluesky, and Farcaster. X video needs the X reconnect too. The first comment field is delivered on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram β€” posted as a comment right after the post goes live. Facebook and Instagram first comments may show an amber β€œnot added” note until Meta approves the required permissions. See Connecting social platforms for what each platform supports.

TikTok: posts save to your drafts

TikTok hasn't approved Direct Post for Veyramesh yet, so a TikTok video doesn't publish straight to your feed. Instead it's uploaded to your TikTok app drafts, and you finish it there: open the TikTok app, go to your drafts, and set who can view it, plus Duet, Comment, and Stitch, then post.

The privacy, Duet, Comment, Stitch, and disclosure controls in the composer are stored with the post and will apply automatically once TikTok approves Direct Post β€” you won't need to change anything here when that happens.

The Music Usage Confirmation checkbox is still required β€” TikTok needs it on every upload regardless of Direct Post status.

Post now or schedule

Publish immediately, or schedule a post for a future date and time. Scheduled posts wait in your queue and go out automatically. You can also set up recurring posts for anything you share on a regular cadence.

All scheduling uses your workspace timezone, set in Settings β†’ Workspace (and during onboarding). A post scheduled for 9:00 goes out at 9:00 in that timezone, and β€œbest time to post” suggestions are shown in it too.

Calendar, Posts, Drafts & Approvals

The Publish area is organised into tabs:

  • Calendar β€” a month grid, or a Timeline view. Click a day or a post to act on it. Navigating more than about two months out shows no posts for now.
  • Posts β€” a flat list of everything scheduled and sent, filterable by Upcoming / Sent / Failed. A failed post can be retried; only the platforms that failed re-run, not the ones that already succeeded.
  • Drafts β€” work in progress, AI-generated drafts, and any posts that were rejected in review (with the reviewer's note attached).
  • Approvals β€” owner/admin only; see below.

Drafts

Save work in progress as a draft and come back to it later β€” nothing is published until you schedule it or post it. While you're composing a new post or editing a draft, your work autosaves every few seconds, so a closed tab doesn't lose anything. A post that's already scheduled or waiting for approval is never changed silently β€” those you edit and save explicitly.

Editing any post opens it back in the full composer, with all three panes and the live preview.

Approvals

Publishing is available to moderators and admins. When a moderator submits a post it goes to the Approvals tab for an owner or admin to approve or reject. A rejection carries a note back to the draft so the author can see what to change.

AI-assisted writing

Stuck for words? Assist, in the centre pane of the composer, drafts post variations from an announcement, tone-matched to your community β€” the same engine as the content generator. Hit Use this on a variation to drop it straight into the editor.
