Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Veyramesh ("Veyramesh", "we", "us") is a community-management, analytics, and AI platform operated by Turners OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registration number 16963491, registered office Jõe tn 3-406, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10151, Estonia, VAT EE102761658).
Our data protection contact is Elif Turner. For any privacy question, or to exercise a data-protection right, contact support@veyramesh.com. We are a small company and are not required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer; our data protection contact fulfils that role for you.
2. Our role — controller and processor
We act in two different capacities depending on the data:
- As a controller — for your Veyramesh account, the social-platform data you connect, the content you create in Veyramesh, our own security and anti-abuse processing, and our AI features. This policy governs that processing.
- As a processor — when our bot runs moderation, XP, tickets, verification, and welcome flows inside a Discord or Telegram server, we do so on behalf of and under the instructions of that server's owner. The server owner is the controller for that data and is responsible for informing their members. See our notice for community members and our Data Processing Addendum.
For a limited set of platform-wide security functions (for example, detecting a bad actor who moves between different servers), we act as an independent controller and rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.
3. Information we collect (data you give us or we collect directly)
Account information. When you sign in via a social login (Discord, X, Facebook, Google) or, where available, a Web3 wallet, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares — for example name, handle, avatar, and (for wallet sign-in) wallet address. We never collect or store passwords; Veyramesh has no email/password login.
Connected-platform information. When you connect a platform (Discord, Telegram, Slack, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), we access only what you authorize in that platform's login flow: your account profile, follower and engagement metrics, recent posts, and — where you enable it — the ability to publish content you create in Veyramesh. For TikTok specifically this may include your profile, recent videos and their public engagement metrics, and the ability to publish videos you upload through Veyramesh. We do not use TikTok user data to build profiles for advertising.
Competitor and audience metrics. If you use competitor tracking, we process publicly visible profile and engagement data for the accounts you choose to track.
Content you provide. Posts, captions, media, knowledge-base entries, and other content you create or upload.
Usage and technical information. IP address, device/browser type, and in-app activity logs, used for security and reliability.
4. Information about community members (collected via a server owner)
When a server owner installs our bot, we process data about that server's members — including people who do not have a Veyramesh account. This can include the member's platform user ID, display name and avatar, activity and join timestamps, XP/level, moderation actions taken in that server, support-ticket contents, verification status, and — where the owner enables it — sentiment analysis of messages. For platform-wide security we also process limited signals (such as an avatar image fingerprint and username-similarity patterns) to detect ban evasion and impersonation across servers.
The server owner is the controller for the moderation, XP, and ticketing data and is responsible for telling their members about it. We provide a member-facing notice that owners can share. Members can contact us directly at support@veyramesh.com to exercise their rights.
5. Why we process data, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Provide and operate the dashboard and bot features you use | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Publish content you create to platforms you have connected and authorized | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Secure accounts, prevent and detect abuse, scams, raids, and ban evasion | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — service and user security |
| Generate AI insights, digests, and classifications | Performance of a contract / legitimate interests, depending on the feature |
| Improve the product and send service-related communications | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Marketing emails (if you opt in) | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), or soft opt-in for existing customers |
| Keep financial and tax records | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
We do not sell your personal information or your connected-platform data.
6. Automated decisions
Some security features (anti-raid and anti-nuke protection) can take automatic action against a member — for example temporarily restricting them — without a person reviewing each case first, because real attacks happen too fast for manual review to be protective. If you are affected by an automatic action and believe it was wrong, contact the server owner or us at support@veyramesh.com and we will arrange a review.
7. Who we share information with
- The platforms you explicitly connect, when you take an action (for example publishing a post you wrote)
- Infrastructure and service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — see our list of subprocessors
- AI providers, limited to the content needed to produce a specific response
- Law enforcement or regulators, only where legally required
8. International transfers
Our database and file storage are located in the European Union (Ireland). Some of our service providers — including parts of our hosting and our AI, email, and error- monitoring providers — are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, principally the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where the recipient is certified, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework). You can ask us for details of the safeguards for a specific provider.
9. How long we keep data
We keep account and connected-platform data for as long as your account and that connection are active. Moderation, XP, and ticket data is kept while the bot is installed in the relevant server and for a limited period afterwards. Security signals and AI outputs are kept on a rolling basis (typically up to 12 months). Financial records are kept for 7 years, as required by Estonian law. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted promptly; deletion propagates to backups within our backup rotation period.
10. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data, and receive it in a portable format — available now from Settings → Profile → Danger zone
- Delete your account and associated personal data — also from Settings → Profile → Danger zone
- Correct inaccurate data
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Not be subject to a solely automated decision with significant effect (see §6)
Community members without a Veyramesh account can exercise these rights by contacting support@veyramesh.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (www.aki.ee); in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk).
11. Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
12. Children
Veyramesh is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country). Discord and Telegram both require users to be at least 13.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified to account holders and reflected by updating the date above.
