Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veyramesh, a community-management, analytics, and AI platform. By creating an account or connecting a platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use Veyramesh on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" means that organization.

Veyramesh is operated by Turners OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registration number 16963491, registered office Jõe tn 3-406, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10151, Estonia, VAT EE102761658).

Veyramesh lets you connect social and community platforms (currently Discord, Telegram, Slack, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube) to a single dashboard for moderation, analytics, scheduled posting, and AI-assisted insights. Features and available platforms may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your country requires) to use Veyramesh. Veyramesh does not support email/password accounts — you sign in using a supported social login (for example Discord, X, Facebook, or Google) or, where available, a Web3 wallet. You are responsible for keeping the accounts and wallets you use to sign in secure; we cannot recover access if you lose control of them.

When you connect a platform you authorize Veyramesh to access that platform's API on your behalf, within the scope of permissions you grant. You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings, which revokes that access going forward. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of Veyramesh (including any content you publish) complies with them.

You agree not to use Veyramesh to:

• break the law, or breach the terms of any platform you connect
• post or distribute spam, scams, malware, or unlawful content
• harass, surveil, or profile individuals unlawfully, or use the moderation tools to do so
• attempt to access another organization's data, or any part of the service you are not authorized to access
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits or security controls
• resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted

We may remove content or restrict functionality that breaches these Terms. Where we do, we will give you a statement of the reason unless doing so is unlawful or would compromise security or an investigation.

Some features (knowledge-base answers, content suggestions, digests, moderation classification, sentiment analysis) are produced using artificial intelligence. When you are interacting with an AI feature, we tell you so. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate — review it, and in particular review anything intended for public posting, before you rely on or publish it. You are responsible for content you choose to publish, whether AI-assisted or not.

You keep all rights in the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you (including sending it to a connected platform when you publish, or to an AI provider to generate a response you requested). If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Veyramesh is free during launch. When paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, applicable taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe, and no charge is made without your action. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time from Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Who you are contracting with for payment. Depending on how billing is set up when paid plans launch, your payment may be processed by Turners OÜ directly or by a third-party merchant of record acting as the seller. This will be stated clearly at checkout and on your invoice.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK (you are buying for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because Veyramesh is a digital service that starts immediately, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge the effect that has on your withdrawal right. Where the right still applies, you can exercise it using the withdrawal function in your account settings or by contacting support@veyramesh.com; we may charge for the portion of the service already provided where you asked us to begin during the withdrawal period.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example when the bot runs moderation in your server), our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms and sets out the required terms under Article 28 GDPR. Our current subprocessors are listed at /subprocessors.

You may stop using Veyramesh and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, for a legal or security reason, or if a connected platform requires it. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Veyramesh is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that AI-generated output or third-party platform data will be accurate or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or — for consumers — your statutory rights). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, while the service is free, a nominal amount), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, or data.

To report illegal content or abuse of the service, contact support@veyramesh.com. This address is also our point of contact for authorities and for recipients of the service. We will acknowledge reports and act on them without undue delay.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and the mandatory consumer-protection law of that country continues to apply. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify account holders of material changes in advance where practical; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
